LBM Program
Lunch Buddy Mentoring Program (LBMP) is a community outreach effort of Plumline Leadership Institute Inc., a non-profit 501 © (3) organization that’s engaged in a collaborative effort between Faith-based, Education, and Business community to promote continuity between the classroom and the home. Lunch Buddy Mentoring Program’s primary focus is those students “at risk.” (That population of students that the school system has identified as being “at risk” of ending up in the Juvenile Justice system).
Lunch Buddy Mentoring Program will provide effective Mentorship to improve inward and outward behavior and promote the learning experience. It will help students to understand and communicate their feelings and relate to their peers and adults to stay in school.
Bridging The Divide
Lunch Buddy Mentoring Program will facilitate Prevention, Intervention, and Diversion for those students “at risk.” LBMP will concentrate on the students’ Focus, Motivation, and Transference issues.
Ministry Leadership Onsite
The Ministry Leadership program helps participants to enhance their leadership skills, serve more effectively and efficiently as church leaders to the glory of God, achieve a higher standard of leadership, and develop other leaders who will develop other leaders (2 Timothy 2:2).

The OD Program online helps expand the talent needed by your organization, encourage your employees to build a strategy for internal communications and strategically form a management team, develop young leaders, and prepare your organization for the next stage of its life cycle, transform employees understanding and commitment to the overall objectives of the organization.
